Competitive Base Salary: $43,984 and up, based on experience and education.

Employer Information Unified School District #220, Ashland Public Schools is small rural district in southwest Kansas. We are located fifty miles south of Dodge City. We operate on a four-day school week (Monday-Thursday) and our teachers are on a 166-day contract. Our district is fiscally sound, and has competitive salary and benefits package. Our community is very supportive of K-12 education. We have 96% attendance rate and 95-100% graduation rate, and 95% of graduates pursue post-secondary education. Our average class size is about 15 students.
