This unique position blends performance and literacy- offering the opportunity to inspire students both in the classroom and on the stage.
We are looking for a teacher who believes in the power of storytelling — through dramatic performance- literature- writing- and analysis — to build confidence- critical thinking- and communication skills. Position Purpose The 7–12 Theater Arts / English Language Arts Teacher provides engaging- standards-based instruction in both performing arts and English language arts. This position fosters creativity- collaboration- literacy development- and critical thinking through performance- dramatic literature- writing- and analysis. The teacher supports students’ artistic expression while strengthening reading- writing- speaking- and listening skills essential for academic and post-secondary success.
