Pre-K Teacher's Aide

USD 329 is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teachers Aide to support early childhood education in a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment. The aide will assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans, supervising children, and ensuring a safe and developmentally appropriate setting for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Pre-K teacher with daily instruction, classroom activities, and student engagement.
2. Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills through structured play and learning activities.
3. Supervise students during classroom transitions, recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods.
4. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including setting up learning materials.
5. Help implement individualized support strategies for students with unique learning needs.
6. Monitor student behavior and reinforce positive classroom expectations.
7. Follow district policies regarding student safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
