Educational Associate

Position Overview:

The Educational Associate position provides vital support to classroom teachers by assisting with small group instruction, supervising students, and performing various academic support tasks. This role focuses on directly engaging with students to enhance learning experiences and facilitate academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement instructional plans and activities.

Conduct small group instruction to reinforce learning objectives and provide targeted support to students.

Assist in classroom management by monitoring student behavior and addressing any issues.

Qualifications:
