JROTC Instructor

Senior Army Instructor (SAI):

• A retired officer, Chief Warrant officer from Active component, Reserve or Guard (if one cannot be found we will consider an exception to policy for a Non-commissioned Officer E8 or E9).
• Have a 4 year degree
• Obtain a phase one qualification through USACC (www.armyjrotc.com)
• Pass an in depth background check done by Federal Govt
• Pay is equivalent to active duty pay

For the Enlisted side Army Instructor (AI)must be:

• E6-E-9, or Chief Warrant Officer
• A 2 year degree or have one with-in 5 years
• Obtain a phase one qualification through USACC (www.armyjrotc.com)
• Pass an in depth background check done by Federal Govt
• Pay is equivalent to active duty pay

The position is a unique opportunity to teach and mentor youth to become better citizens through our curriculum and co-curricular activities, as well as the Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge which is a joint camp with other programs for a week in the summer.
