Head Football Coach

Maur Hill - Mount Academy is seeking an organized, future-focused Head Football Coach to lead and grow our Raven football program aligned to our school's mission as a Catholic, college prep, boarding school. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a strong foundation rooted in character, discipline, and teamwork. Responsibilities include developing both off-season and in-season strength programs, fostering a positive and healthy team culture, communicating effectively with players, families, and staff, and making strategic adjustments based on team personnel. We're seeking a coach who takes a holistic approach to developing student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally while promoting the values and mission of MH-MA.
