Established in 2002, Riverview Elementary serves approximately 450 students in grades K-5. It is one of seven elementary schools in USD 232 (De Soto) and is located at 21550 W. 47th Street, in Shawnee, Kansas. Riverview, home of the Falcons, serves a vibrant and supportive community where talented teachers and staff are on mission to prepare all students for their future through excellent, innovative learning opportunities.
USD 232 welcomes approximately 7,500 students each day (Early Childhood through grade 12) at 13 campuses, with seven elementary schools, three middle schools, two high schools, and Cedar Trails Exploration Center. Our district encompasses an area of nearly 100 square miles in northwest Johnson County and draws from the communities of De Soto, Shawnee, Lenexa, a portion of Olathe, and unincorporated areas of the county.

Requirements: All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If youve had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If its been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
