High School Science (2025-2026 School Year)

USD 459 pays 75% single employee health and dental per month, plus $250.00 per dependent policy, if applicable. 

Additionally, USD 459 pays for a single short-term disability plan, plus a family medical transporation plan, and we have a matching 403(b) policy.

2024-2025 Base Salary is $42,038.69

USD #459 Bucklin Schools is a community 25 miles southeast of Dodge City.  We have a steady  enrollment of 200 students.  Our students perform well at all academic levels.  Recently our students have qualified for state volleyball, state forensics, state track, and state basketball.   USD 459 has four career pathways and participation by students continues to grow.  Our district is highly progressive and looks for energetic staff members to contribute to our vision.
