Duties include: Processing payroll data for both certified and non-certified staff into the payroll system ensuring the timely and accurate generation of payment to all personnel. Various administrative and clerical duties consistent with the requirements of Federal, State and local payroll law, as well as District policy in the payment of District personnel. This position also includes the duties of Food Service Administrative Representative as well as various other expenditure reporting duties in line with Federal & State guidelines. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, strong organization and problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a 12 month position.
