Head Wrestling Coach

Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated head wrestling coach to lead our successful wrestling program. The ideal candidate will focus on program development, student-athlete growth, and maintaining competitive excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive wrestling program strategies

Provide  Leadership

Program Building and Management

Competition Management

Student-Athlete Development

Qualifications:
Previous wrestling coaching experience preferred
Demonstrated success in program development
Strong leadership and communication skills

Physical Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate wrestling techniques
Capable of spotting and supporting athletes during training
Standing/walking for extended periods
Lifting up to 50 pounds
