Part-Time or Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist-SLP

  • St. Marys Grade School is seeking a part-time or full-time speech-language pathologist or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year and/or 2024-2025 school year.  The SLP position serves students at St. Marys Grade, our Prek3-6th grade building, and at St. Marys Jr/Sr High, our 7th-12th building, a block away.

  • St. Marys is a small town of approximately 3,000 residents. It is located on Highway 24 between Manhattan and Topeka. We have an amazing support group of two other SLPs and an SLPA in the district and meet monthly to collaborate. The speech-language pathologist supports the instructional program with specific responsibilities for identifying students with communication disorders; and planning and implementing appropriate individual education plans to respond to the individual needs and abilities of students. 

    Qualifications: Current KDHE Speech-Language Pathologist license or would consider a Clinical Fellowship Year applicant.
