Current base salary is $45,200, with opportunities for increases based on years of service, advanced degrees, and additional college credit hours. Ingalls USD 477 recognizes prior teaching experience and education, allowing for salary adjustments accordingly.

The Ingalls School District is a 1-A school district with approximately 225 students. We are located midway between Garden City and Dodge City in Southwest Kansas.  Our staff is dedicated to the children they serve, our patrons are committed and supportive, and we have amazing students.
