USD 245 is a small rural district located in Coffey County Kansas. Present enrollment for Pre-K through 12 is 166 headcount. The district consists of one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school.

Salaries are competitive with a very good fringe benefit package.  The school district continues to operate on a four day school week, with classes in session Monday through Thursday.
