Doniphan County Education Cooperative is a special education service agency and provides a free and appropriate public education to all exceptional children in the following Unified Districts: Riverside, Doniphan West and Troy. We believe that all children deserve a chance to learn and develop their abilities to the fullest. DCEC employs approximately 100 teachers and support staff in beautiful Doniphan County.
