Ness City Schools offer services to students in speech, counseling, special education, gifted education, Title I and health services.  Each school has an up-to-date library with full-time staffing and computer availability.  We also have access to other resources through the inter-library loan service.

The elementary school offers Art, Physical Education, Music and Band in addition to the regular classroom academic curriculum.  Both the Accelerated Reader and Math programs are utilized in the elementary.  Utilization of para-professionals and additional staff help keep student/staff ratio at a minimal level.

Ness City has an aggressive technology growth plan.  We have integrated a 1 to 1 chromebook plan with all K-12 students.  Additionally, students have access to iPads and PC systems in different classroom settings.  We believe that we have a duty to prepare our students for their future, and that future will rely on their ability to utilize technology regardless of the job they are working in.  Google Apps for Education plays a big role in in our technology plan.  Many of our classrooms utilize Google Classroom to organize and deliver assignments and content.
