Business and Transportation Manager

USD 247 has the following vacancy for the 2022-2023 school year:

Business and Transportation Manager

The person selected for this position will serve as the board clerk and manage the day to day financial accounting and bookkeeping for the school district. In addition, this person will manage and supervise the district transportation department. This is a salaried, 12 month, full-time position with benefits. Candidates with the following credentials will be given priority consideration. 

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

2. Accounting background and skillful using Excel and Google Sheets. 

3. Public school experience, preferably as a board clerk, school administrator, or district office employee. 

4.  Prior experience supervising others. 

5.  CDL with S&P Endorsements or willingness to obtain.
