Job Goal:

Support the school's initiatives with positive behavior supports and Social Emotional Learning programs. They will also work directly with the identified students to adopt behaviors that increase their academic performance. Such students include those identified by school/district collected data that demonstrate the need for supplemental social/emotional/behavioral support. Under the supervision of the building principal, the Positive Behavior Specialist will implement positive behavior support strategies based on  MTSS Data, teacher input, and SIT Plan Interventions.

Terms of Employment: Placement on Salary Schedule-This position is revisited yearly based on availability of at-risk funds and student needs. Benefits include paid Health Insurance, Paid Employer 403b, Dental, Vision and HSA.
