Structured Learning Teacher @ MSE

We are seeking a teacher for an elementary structured learning classroom.  This person should be licensed to each low incidence special education or be interested in pursuing their low incidence endorsement.  Maize does offer tuition reimbursement to assist educators pursuing their master's in special education.

Maize has a lot to offer teachers new to the district and those new to the profession.  All new teachers are matched with a  qualified mentor and both the mentor and mentee are supported by our team of Student Support Specialists and Instructional Coaches.  New teachers also participate in 8 half day professional development opportunities throughout the school year. 

Our teachers are encouraged to continue to learn and grow.  We offer a professional learning series that qualifies for college credits.  Tuition reimbursement is also a great perk! 

Safe and well maintained facilities are another great feature found in the Maize district.  The intermediate, middle, and high schools all have school resource officers, and all schools have physical safety features built in.  The two intermediate schools are in their second year and were designed to allow amazing collaboration.  The district also recently opened an aquatics and performing arts center that houses our staff workout facility.
