USD 307 Ell-Saline is in search of a positive, caring team member to fill the position of Social Emotional Student Support Personnel at our Middle/High School.  This individual will be a student advocate supporting students with their social emotional needs and character development.  This position will NOT be responsible for Individual Plans of Study or Career and Post-Secondary Guidance.   Applicants with an Education Counseling certification are preferred but all applicants will be considered to find the best individual to join our team.

Benefits Information

USD 307 pays for $600 towards the District Health Insurance as well as $70 per month toward a 403b Retirement Plan. We offer 13 discretionary leave days and a teacher-friendly calendar. We have a grant fund for teachers to receive assistance with paying for advanced degree college courses. The Cardinal Foundation offers mini-grants yearly to assist teachers with additional needs.

USD #307, Ell-Saline, is a progressive rural district with an easy 15-minute access to Salina and its amenities.  Ell-Saline School District serves approximately 464 students. The district includes an elementary school (PreK-6), located one mile west of Salina and a Junior/Senior High located 15 miles west of Salina in Brookville. The Ell-Saline School District prides itself on its dedication to serve students and making students our number one priority.
