Junio High  English Language Arts Teacher -  VICTORIA HIGH SCHOOL - 2024-25 School Year.  Victoria Schools USD 432 is seeking a certified secondary educator to fulfill a teaching position for the 2024-25 school year.  

Qualified individuals should promote high standards for student performance, work cooperatively with other school personnel and parents/guardians, and possess effective communication skills.  The teacher should be able to implement lessons that actively engage students and provide for individual needs of students through a variety of appropriate teaching strategies and techniques. Individualized instruction coupled with data-driven interventions are a focus for our teaching team. 

Staff strive to build relationships with students through academics, social-emotional guidance, and extracurricular experiences. Collaboration and working as a team make it a fun place to work and enables us to provide the best for our students. Victoria Schools is pleased to offer ample dual college courses for our high school students.  

Teachers at Victoria work together to inspire excellence in our students inside the school, as well as outside of school.   Curriculum updates and improved resources for teachers are a priority for the USD 432 BOE.
