Benefits Information

USD #338 will pay toward a single health insurance plan and prescription card each month. The employee will pay $43 each month. The district has a $50 per month match 403B retirement plan with dental coverage available. Teachers are provided 12 days of leave at the beginning of each year. Leave that is not used at the end of the year can be rolled into sick leave to accumulate to 75 days. Teachers are encouraged to attend professional learning events that support individual goals. Also as a benefit teachers are provided reimbursement per negotiated agreement for seeking another graduate degree or Masters. The district participates in the 125 Cafeteria plan for medical and childcare reimbursement. Years of education and experience recognized upon hire. Our current student ratio is 12 to 1. Salary Information

USD 338 continues to have a competitive base salary in the region at $44 000 with the possibility of an increase for the 2024-25 year. If hired USD #338 will pay toward a single health insurance plan and prescription card each month. The employee will pay $43 each month.
