5-12 Band Teacher

USD 214 Ulysses is seeking a 5-12 Band teacher for Ulysses High School, Kepley Middle School, and Sullivan Elementary.  Candidates must be K-12 Instrumental Music Certified (K-9) or eligible for certification in Kansas (other Kansas Teaching Certificates will be considered for the position). Under the principal`s or designee`s direction and supervision, the candidate will plan, teach, differentiate instruction, motivate, inspire, and assess students in instrumental music. The candidate will promote a high-quality, personalized education program that reflects the Kansas State Content Standards for Instrumental Music. Ulysses USD 214 is looking for candidates with excellent oral and communication skills.
