Director of the Redler Institute of Culinary ArtsButler Community College • www.butlercc.edu The Director of the Redler Institute of Culinary Arts, in collaboration with full time culinary arts Faculty/Department Lead/Chair, provides a vision and leadership required to realize the mission of the Redler Institute of Culinary Arts and the college at large. Primary administrative responsibilities include program development/management, budget development/management, maintaining programmatic accreditation/external partnerships and providing operational supervision to full and part time faculty and staff in the department. Instructional responsibilities require a strong culinary skill set and the ability to teach students effectively in an instructional environment. The Director of the Redler Institute of Culinary Arts, is not a member of the full-time faculty unit but will maintain a specified teaching load of up to nine (9) credit hours per semester along with administrative duties.
