USD 338 continues to have a competitive salary. Currently salary is based on experience with the possibility of an increase for the 2022-23 year. The district has a $50 per month match 403B retirement plan with dental coverage available. Teachers are provided 12 days of leave at the beginning of each year. Leave that is not used at the end of the year can be rolled into sick leave to accumulate to 90 days. Teachers are encouraged to attend professional learning events that support individual goals. Also as a benefit, teachers are provided reimbursement per negotiated agreement for seeking another graduate degree or Master’s. The district participates in the 125 Cafeteria plan for medical and childcare reimbursement. Years of education and experience recognized upon hire. Our current student ratio is 12 to 1.
