We will train and help you obtain a CDL.
Starting pay for a CDL regular route bus driver will be $20.66/hr.
An incentive bonus of $1000 will be paid to new bus drivers who obtain a work agreement. $500 will be paid after 6 months of driving and $500 will be paid after one year.

Baldwin City Unified School District 348 is comprised of two elementary schools, one junior high school and one high school serving approximately 1420 area students. The two elementary schools serve pre-K through grade 5; Baldwin Elementary School Intermediate Center and Primary Center are within the city limits. Also located within the city limits are the Baldwin Junior High School, serving grades 6-8, and Baldwin High School which houses grades 9-12. Both schools sit adjacent from one another.
