USD 331 is taking applications for an Agriculture/Science Teacher and FFA sponsor with various endorsements for the 2024-25 school year. Some various endorsements and options will be considered including Agriculture and/or various Science endorsements.  Assignments could vary based on the strengths of the candidate.  Candidates selected for the interview will be invited to USD 331 at the expense of the candidate.

USD 331 offers a competitive salary schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, excellent support and mentoring, and a recruitment/retention incentive of up to $500 per month for new teachers moving into the USD 331 community.

Salary Information

USD 331 Kingman-Norwich 2023-24 Salary Schedule for a first-year teacher starting pay is $44,990.86.

Kingman-Norwich USD 331 is a district proudly serving approximately 900 students in grades PreK-12 located in south-central Kansas. The district consists of Kingman Elementary serving approximately 350 students in grades PreK-6, Kingman Middle High School serving approximately 300 students in grades 7-12, and Norwich school serving approximately 250 students in grades PreK-12.
