Speech and Language Pathologist

Tri-County Special Education Services Cooperative has an opening for a full time Speech and Language Pathologist. Candidates must have a current Kansas SLP License. 

SLP`s are responsible for conducting evaluations, writing Individual Education Plans, and providing speech and language services as indicated on the Students` Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Essential duties include:  planning and implementing individual education plans, assessing students` communication skills (e.g. articulation, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, etc.), collaborating with a variety of groups and individuals (e.g. parents, teachers, physicians, administration, team members, other professionals, etc.), testing and screening, parent conferences, completing progress reports, activity logs, billing information through Medicaid, treatment plans, required documentation, quarterly reports, screening results, correspondence, and documentation.
