Benefits Information The district contributes toward a single premium within the district provided health insurance plan (District contribution may be applied plans-employees/spouse, family, etc.) The district contribution will be determined through the negotiation process. Currently, employees opting out of the district provided insurance plans will receive $104.17 per month that may be used for the purchase of Section 125 products or they make the $104.17 as cash. (Taxable) The District provides a 2% salary increase (added to the salary and paid to faculty who live within USD 291 boundaries.)
