Math Teacher - (4-Day School Week)Ashland USD 220 • www.usd220.net USD 220 Ashland-Englewood Public Schools is currently seeking a full-time secondary math teacher for the 23-24 school year. It is anticipated that this position will teach 6th-9th grade math and Financial Literacy. Starting base salary is $40,602. Salary increases with experience and education. Other compensation includes: Coaching Opportunities; $3,800 towards district health insurance; reimbursed $120 per credit hour for courses taken while employed with USD 220; a longevity plan that contributes $500 per year towards an annuity. Ashland Public Schools is on a four-day school week (Monday-Thursday) and our teachers are on a 166-day contract. We have a 96% attendance rate and 95-100% graduation rate. USD 220 has well-maintained buildings and grounds and the latest classroom technology. Ashland is the largest city in and the county seat of Clark County, Kansas and is located about 50 miles south of Dodge City. USD 220 serves the communities of Ashland, Englewood, and the surrounding area. Ashland High School competes within the KSHSAA 1A classification.
