Provide a welcoming and upbeat presence in the front office as a point of first-contact between the school and its stakeholders. Greets visitors, answers the phone, and assists stakeholders in a variety of ways. Full list of duties can be found here.

Thomas More Prep-Marian Junior/Senior High School is a Catholic co-educational college preparatory school located in Hays, KS.

Situated in western Kansas, Hays is a regional hub with a population of 25,000, a four-year university, a two-year technical college, and numerous arts and entertainment opportunities.

TMP-Marian dates back to 1908 and has been a co-educational high school since 1981. The school added grades 7 & 8 in 2012 and 6th grade in 2023.  The school provides a traditionally strong Catholic education to day, resident, and international students and holds high standards of student performance in and out of the classroom. 

Varsity sports are available for both genders in every competition season.  Included are football, cross-country, volleyball, golf (HS), soccer (HS), basketball, wrestling, track, baseball (HS) and softball (HS). 

In addition, a variety of non-athletic activities provide opportunities for personal growth and leadership.  These activities include student council, debate and forensics (HS), band, Monarch Music (contemporary music band HS), liturgy committee, chapel choir, Science Olympiad, Future Business Leaders of America (HS), chess team, Occupational Health Club, Robotics, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Key Club.
