Assistant Principal, Grades 6-12

Position Overview:

The Assistant Principal will play an essential role in the administration and leadership at the secondary level, supporting students' academic and developmental needs in grades 6-12. This individual will assist the Principal in managing school operations and will be instrumental in cultivating an environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting in developing and enforcing school policies and procedures.

Supporting student academic and behavioral development.

Overseeing curriculum implementation and supporting faculty.

Facilitating professional development and mentorship for teaching staff.

Engaging with the community and parents to foster partnerships that enhance student outcomes.

Managing daily school activities and supervising educational staff.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Educational Administration or a related field.

Valid Kansas School Administrator license.

Demonstrated leadership in an educational setting, preferably with experience at the secondary level.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
