District Instructional Coach

Osawatomie USD 367 is taking applications for a District Instructional Coach for the 2023-2024 school year. Job description and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide individualized/small group professional development
• Observe instruction in classrooms and provide clear feedback 
• Provide guidance on research-based instructional practices
• Co-teach and/or model instructional strategies
• Assist teachers in analyzing and using data to inform instruction
• Assist with the implementation of curriculum resources
• Partner with administrators and teachers to achieve the academic and instructional goals of the school and district
• Partner with administrators and teachers to plan and implement tiered intervention opportunities for students
