The Burlingame School District seeks to hire an elementary teacher. The candidate must possess strong instructional skills coupled with the ability to foster healthy working relationships with students, colleagues, and the community. Applicants need to embrace a positive and proactive classroom management style that recognizes students for their healthy contributions to school as well as the capacity to create a structured learning environment that is safe and secure. Technology skills are an essential attribute for all candidates. Each classroom is equipped with a Newline Interactive Board, and all students are issued a personal Chromebook.

Salary Information

First year teaching salary is $43 000 plus benefits for the 2023-2024 school year. Salary is based upon additional learning and experience. Salary will be prorated for the balance of the school year. Supplemental coaching positions may be available.
