Summary of ResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of registrar support duties related to record audit and maintenance, registration, student and department assistance, and specialist collaborations.
Essential Functions
  1. Maintains and audits curriculum and student records within database(s), following defined policy requirements and standards.
  2. Communicates with subject matter experts and departments to verify accuracy of data inputs and proper processing of data requests.
  3. Assists University staff and faculty with various processes, updates and questions.
  4. Assists and communicates with students via in-person, phone or electronic communication methods.
  5. Performs system functionality tests during upgrades and audits.

Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent by hire date
Minimum ExperienceTwo (2) years of experience in general office, clerical, administrative support or related field.

3. Strong written and verbal communication
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Salary Information

Pay starts at $15.38/hr or equivalent to $32,000 annually, adjustable with experience
