Salary Information The position will be placed on the salary schedule which begins at $42,500.
Employer Information Western Plains USD 106 is a unique district that is the result of two consolidations. Schools are located in Bazine and Ransom, with the towns of Arnold, Brownell, and Utica also represented. Our district features outstanding facilities, dedicated staff, supportive communities, and innovative thinking. We are a small Class 1A school, a little more than 100 students enrolled in our district. This allows for an excellent student to teacher ratio as well as the opportunity to individualize and customize educational opportunities for students. Our junior high and high school are members of the Western Kansas Liberty League and compete in 6-man football, basketball, volleyball, golf and track as well as providing opportunities for our students through KAYS, FFA, FBLA, art, music, forensics, journalism, robotics and scholars bowl. Both communities have easy access to larger population centers such as Hays, Dodge City, and Great Bend that are all with in an hour`s drive.
