Manhattan-Ogden USD 383 serves 6,500 students from early learning through grade 12 and has 1,600 employees. We have one high school, two middle schools, 10 elementary schools, two early learning centers, and one virtual academy. We also have an alternative high school that serves Flint Hill Job Corp Center students.

Committed to having a positive impact on youth who require additional supports for their social and emotional needs. Act as a team leader/case manager in the special education process to determine appropriate classroom placement and IEP development for students with disabilities. Provides consultation educational assistance and resources to regular classroom teachers special education team and administration. Work with special education and general education teachers to support the needs of students within the program. Ensure the effective implementation of the IEP including goals and objectives. Serve as an advocate for parents and students to assure least restrictive environment placements for each child needing special education and related services.
