Responsible for completing developmental screenings, evaluations, IFSP service planning, family coaching and team collaboration to work toward identified outcomes for each child. Serves as a Family Service Coordinator (FSC) for assigned families. Requires knowledge of early childhood development and delays. ECI-Credentials may include Early Childhood Special Educators with Early Childhood Unified endorsement (ECU covering birth to 3) OR Masters level Social Worker. Credentials include Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Special Education and must maintain a current teaching license with ECU endorsement (ECU covering birth to 3). Social Worker-requires a licensed Masters level Social Worker. Valid driver's license required. Position is based in Pratt, Kansas with Travel required to area counties. Salary determined by Special Education Cooperative's salary schedule and will vary with experience and education.
