High Plains Education Cooperative provides special education support services to students with exceptionalities in Southwest Kansas.  We currently have openings for elementary and secondary special education teachers, Speech Language Pathologists (in-person and virtual openings), and School Psychologists.  HPEC provides competitive wages and an excellent benefit package, consisting of Health, Dental, Vision and KPERS.

*Base salary for SLPs (Masters Degree) begins at $45,300, plus $9500 differential 

*Base salary for School Psychologists (Ed.S Degree) begins at $47,800 plus $9500 differential

* 9 emergency days and 5 personal days in addition to the following
